In order to keep your unwanted items from landfill:
If it’s broken, we will try and mend it.
If it has a missing button we will find one.
If it’s dirty, we will wash it.
If it’s creased, we will iron it.
If it’s no good in its current form, we will try and turn it into something else.

The name comes from our paternal grandmother, Dorothy (Dot) and it’s a family phrase that we use when we can’t remember someone’s name: “You know who I mean …. Dot and Do-Dah!”
